We did the Ultimate Pearl Harbor package which included the air museum so unfortually we didn't get to drive back with our original tour bus but we were told that a second bus will be waiting for us since our package goes longer …

Pearl Harbour humbling experience
Collected on time by Kimi, who enthusiastically gave us a great running commentary on the way with lots of interesting local facts. Pearl Harbour gave a real feel for what happened there at the start of WWII and the running up to it with what was happening in Europe at the time and the distrust of foreign governments and leaders. 5* experience and value for money.

- What is your cancellation policy?

- Cancellations or reservation changes for parties of 1-9 guests will be accommodated free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your tour time. Cancellations (or no-shows) made within 24 hours of your scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel or make changes to your reservation, please contact us at 808-841-7827 and have your confirmation number on hand. For parties of 10 or more guests, please inquire about our group cancellation policy.
- What is the Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri security policy? May I leave my bag in the vehicle?

- For security measures, any items which offer concealment are not allowed at the memorials (such as bags, backpacks, strollers or camera cases). You may only take your wallet and camera. Storage facilities are available at the visitor center for a nominal fee.
- We do not recommend bringing valuables or leaving them on the vehicle. Our driver will lock the vehicle, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Can I join the Pearl Harbor tour if I have to be back in Waikiki by 1PM for another tour?

- Yes most days, except on unusual days when the USS Arizona Memorial and/or traffic is congested, unavoidably delaying your return. Note: The Deluxe Pearl Harbor Experience is scheduled 8:00AM - 4:00PM, the Ultimate Pearl Harbor Experience is scheduled 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
- May I meet up with the driver at Pearl Harbor if I miss my pick up?
