Cancellations or reservation changes for parties of 1–9 guests are accepted free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour time. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours are non-refundable. To cancel or modify your booking, please call 808-983-7739 with your confirmation number ready. For groups of 10 or more, please contact our team directly to review applicable group cancellation policies.

What are the security rules at the USS Arizona Memorial and Pearl Harbor sites?

Due to strict security regulations, bags and items that offer concealment, including backpacks, purses, diaper bags, and camera cases, are not allowed inside the Pearl Harbor sites. Guests may bring only essential items such as a wallet, phone, and camera. Secure storage facilities are available at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center for a small fee if needed.

Can I leave personal belongings in the tour vehicle during the visit?

Please do not leave any belongings on the bus, as we may be returning on a different vehicle.

Unfortunately, guests are not able to join the tour at Pearl Harbor if they miss their scheduled Waikiki pickup. Due to strict scheduling and transportation logistics, all guests must board at their assigned pickup location.
