No, it is not needed for commercial motorcoaches.

Yes, for vans only. Child seats are required for children age 7 years and under; specify child age when you reserve at least 24 hours in advance.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm / reserve your vehicle(s); we will then issue you a Confirmation Number.

Full Balance is due 15 days prior to charter date for 5 or less vehicles, 30 days prior for 6 or more vehicles.

All Deposits / Payments are non-refundable.

Ambulatory Guests:
A minimum of 24 hours is required for transportation. Ambulatory guests with most regular (non-motorized) wheelchairs or electric scooters weighing 50 lbs or less may be stowed in baggage bay (space limited); a release of liability form is required. For a large number of guests, please advise us at your earliest convenience. We cannot guarantee that we are able to accommodate the group without prior notice and confirmation.

Non-Ambulatory Guests:
Advance Reservations is strictly required for all ADA compliant wheelchair lift vehicles. Charterer / customer must specify type (non-ambulatory and / or non-collapsible) and exact number of wheelchairs.

You Will Be Assigned to a specially trained driver to assist.

Maximum Wheelchair Size is 30" wide by 48" long (must fit on lift platform and vehicle tie down area).

Total Weight of Guest and Chair must be less than 500 lbs.

Acceptable: Most regular wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs with “joystick” for non-ambulatory guests as long as they meet the above requirements.

Baggage may be left on the vehicle for the duration of your charter segment or until you reach your final destination, whichever comes first.

Royal Star Hawaii^® is not responsible for any lost items. Charter parties should check for any items left on the vehicle before existing. Charterer / customer shall be responsible for the cost to return found item (if applicable).

Yes. Overtime (overage) due to traffic conditions, customer changes or delays and other will be charged in 15 minutes increment and must be authorized and paid by the charterer.

We are on time or first hour is free! Does not apply for last minute bookings and charters changed after final confirmation. i.e. time, location, nor for charters which we specify potential delay at the time of confirmation.

If your group is large, we recommend that you book your vehicles and activities as soon as your trip to Oahu is confirmed.

We provide one complimentary dispatcher for pickup if you are chartering 6 vehicles or more.

No, all payments are non-refundable.

We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability, however your final bill will be no less than your "final confirmation."

We recommend putting down a 50% non-refundable deposit down as soon as your travel plans are set.
